Lutsu 3 house is going to be reconstructed in 2009-2010. Into this house are planned smithy, exhibition rooms, two fully equipped studios for residental artists (textile and leather) and special rooms for creative activities to carry out workshops and courses.

Lutsu 3 house will be ready in June 2010 and then we can say our complex is ready!
